Interactive Family Pirate Cruise
Swashbucklers of all ages are invited to join our band of merry pirates aboard Queen Anne’s Revenge for an action-packed, fully interactive pirate experience as we cruise the waters of Lake Union. Each scalawag and wee pirate will receive a pirate name tag. We search for treasure and adventure, play games and learn to talk like a pirate. We fire the ship’s water cannons as we attempt to recapture pilfered loot from a wayward crew member. Each child will receive their choice of one item from the ship’s treasure chest.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed on our Family Treasure Cruise. If you’re celebrating a birthday and want to enjoy cake/cupcakes aboard the ship, consider booking a Traditional Private Charter of two hours or more or plan to enjoy cake on the dock or in Lake Union Park after the cruise. Birthdays will be acknowledged by the crew on each cruise.
We recommend pirates arrive at Lake Union Park at least 20 minutes prior to boarding. Upon boarding, Head to the ship’s store for pre-ordered swag, as well as additional pirate swag (hats, swords, bandannas, eye patches), snacks and drinks, including adult beverages.
We offer beer, wine, cider and seltzer along with a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Boarding activities last approximately 8 minutes. The cruise lasts approximately 45 minutes, with approximately 7 minutes to disembark the ship, a total experience of approximately 1 hour. Don’t be late! The ship will get underway no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled boarding time.
PARKING: There are a limited number of public spaces at Center for Wooden Boats off of Valley Street. There is a private pay lot at Daniel’s Broiler (~$20-25). Best parking option is usually found of Westlake Ave N where there are numerous public spaces.
